Partnership Industrial Center

Established in 1994 and built to completion in 2006, Partnership Industrial Center is a 360-acre master-planned industrial park that has created or retained 2,600+ jobs for Springfield with a total of 23 companies, a number of which have continued to expand their facilities and in total inhabit nearly 2 million square feet in the development.  The park was originally developed by Springfield’s Partnership for Economic Development which included the City of Springfield, City Utilities of Springfield, and the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce along with its economic development subsidiary, the Springfield Business Development Corporation.  After the available ground in the park was all sold, administration has transitioned to the Partnership Industrial Center Board of Trustees.
