Alexandria is the main point of contact for the Chamber's talent retention initiatives including The Network, Springfield's premier organization for young professionals. In this role, she manages all aspects of The Network including membership development, programming, and telling the story of why it’s great to be a young professional in Springfield. As talent retention coordinator, Alexandria focuses on connecting young professionals, and college students from area universities about to enter the workforce, to the Springfield business community as well as other leadership, social, and civic opportunities throughout the region.
