Springfield Business Development Corporation

More than 120 businesses and professional organizations and regional partners support the Springfield Business Development Corporation, or SBDC, in its efforts to assist local companies and attract new business and workforce talent to the Springfield Region.

The SBDC is the lead economic development organization for the Springfield, Missouri region. Their efforts are targeted to assist existing businesses, attract new business, grow the local workforce, and support entrepreneurship in the 10-county region.

With the financial support of these investors and regional partners, the SBDC is able to market the Springfield region nationally, help local, growing companies succeed, and focus on creating jobs for people who call this region home.

The SBDC is the economic development subsidiary of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce.
